What does the horse have on his hooves? Sorry, I know zip about horses. :P

That's a pair of soft Bell Boots:) He tends to hit the back of his front hooves with the other tvo hooves, so his owner ants him to wear a pair for protection.

They're called bell boots. They protect the back of the front legs from the back hooves. Sometimes when certain horses run they can clip their front feet with their back
